Coburg Abode

A rear extension to an existing weatherboard home in Coburg. The owner/builders wanted a new rear kitchen / dining room with a small lounge off to one side. The rear room with large timber sliding doors on two sides out to entertaining spaces. The kitchen contains a coffee station with room for a large antique coffee machine set within a large full-length window. The extension also has a large concealed butler pantry / store room, family bathroom, storage, and a powder room. The rear of the site has a large garage / workshop for the owner’s cars and projects. Recently completed by the owner the project has many quirky details and is set off by the owners’s extensive indoor plant collection.
